Shopify

We are in serious crunch time with Shopify and have just unveiled the new Shopify.com homepage. There is also a post over on the Jadedpixel blog with another screenshot. Just a few notes, I am still actively working on the home page so there might be a few issues here and there that will be worked out.

We will be posting more screenshots very soon!

The admin interface looks fantastic – it’s nice to finally have more details on the product.

I see now it’s a hosted model – I assume this then means we need to use an external URL for the cart? Much like Basecamp forces you to choose domains like grouphub.com, projectpath.com, etc. or do you have something else planned?

Geoff: We do have plans to allow you to use your own domain names (e.g. www.geofsdomain.com) besides the normal geof.shopify.com.
